Celebrities express shock, grief over Zara Abid's demise in ill-fated PIA plane crash
Supermodel Zara Abid who was on board along with 98 other passengers the ill-fated PIA flight PK 8303 that crashed in residential area of Model colony near Karachi s Jinnah International Airport, has martyred.
Earlier there had been confusing reports of the supermodel’s survival during the plane crash, who has now been confirmed among diseased as only two people survived the crash.
As soon as the news of starlet broke, celebrities poured in to express their disbelief, shock and grief over the sudden demise of a fellow artist.
Sharing a picture of the model, Saba Qamar wrote, “Dear Zara, I didn t know you personally, but I am deeply saddened and completely shattered by the news of your loss.”
“Fly high up there in heaven,” Qamar added referring to Zara’s latest Instagram post caption.
“In these moments of loss, words are useless. I really cannot express the heartfelt sorrow that I feel for the passing of all those precious people who lost their lives in this traumatic incident yesterday,” she further added.
“Rest in Heaven.”
The model had shared a picture with an aircraft 3 days ago with caption, “Fly high, its good.”
Her makeup artist Omayr Waqar commented on the picture, “You make me jealous by making your spot in Jannah! Enjoy heaven beautiful! Save us a spot!”
Actress Minal Khan expressing her shock over the news said, “Ya Allah. Still can’t believe it.”
Model and actress Rabia Butt said, “How I wish that all the news circulating about you are false. Such dark times. Ya Allah reham.”
