Kubra Khan reveals her journey towards spirituality

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Pakistani starlet, Kubra Khan, revealed about the time when she got a spiritual call and took a break from the showbiz industry for her ethereal awakening.
Talking to BBC Asian Network, Kubra Khan expressed that there always comes a time in everyone’s life when everything turns to 180 degree, and that moment for her came last year [2018].
“On my death bed, I don’t want to be scared to face my Lord”, said “Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2” actress while talking about her spiritual journey.
She expressed: “I think I had this spiritual awakening where [things like] money and materialistic things, and success and fame, and all of that – of course, it’s part of the world – but I can’t take it with me.
“I can’t take this anywhere with me. These awards are not going to hold any value in front of the ‘big guy’ up there.
“On my death bed, I don’t want to be scared to face my Lord”, she added.
The British-Pakistani actress maintained that her priorities have changed since last year. She continued saying that she is completely satisfied with where she is standing right now, and the kind of a person she is. “I tried to be a better person, but I am more relaxed now than before”, she added.
Talking about her drama serial “Alif”, Kubra Khan asserted that this drama was “God send”. She added that “Alif” came to her at a point where she was not in the best place. Upon questioned about her long-term plan in the entertainment, she maintained that she will stay in the business if she finds the balance out of her life and her artistic career.
