Setting a new record for the social networking site, Twitter, Gaga announced the record in a tweet to her fans, whom she often calls little monsters. Pop singer Justin Bieber can be the next to hit 10 million followers as he already has more than 9.6 million.US President Barack Obama is on the third place with most twitter followers, 8 million, while Britney Spare just behind him with 7.8 million fans.Influential television celebrity, Kim Kardashian, is at the fifth place with 7.5 million followers.
