MUMBAI (Dunya News) – Bollywood veteran actor Nana Patekar got clean chit in sexual harassment case filed by Indian actress Tanushree Dutta after police said that they had not found sufficient evidence.

Oshiwara police in Mumbai said that Tanushree’s complaint seems "malicious and fake".

Tanushree Dutta accused Patekar of demanding intimate dance steps between the two of them to be included in a song in Horn Ok Pleassss (2008). However, the actor had always denied the charges.

"What does she mean by sexual harassment? We were on the set and there were 200 people sitting in front of us," he said.

In October last year, Tanushree had registered an FIR against Nana Patekar in which Director Rakesh Sarang choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Sami Siddiqui were also named.
