Beware of the spoilers: Richard Madden says will miss Game of Thrones finale
Game of Thrones finale is set to air on Sunday
(REUTERS) - Former Game of Thrones star Richard Madden said on Saturday (May 18) that he would miss the final episode of the hit series and was fully expecting to have it spoiled for him by other fans.
Madden, who starred in the show from 2011 to 2013, said that he does not regret no longer being part of it as it means he can enjoy it as a viewer.
Madden is currently in Cannes promoting "Rocketman", the Elton John musical biopic in which he plays the movie s "baddie" John Reid, the star s lover-come-agent with whom he had a toxic relationship.
The Game of Thrones finale is set to air on Sunday, topping off the eighth season which has been criticised by many fans with some signing an online petition calling for a remake.
