Court accepts Meesha Shafi's plea for transfer of defamation case
The court set the hearing date for May 11
(Web Desk) – Lahore session court accepted Meesha Shafi’s plea for transfer of the defamation case filed by Ali Zafar against her on Wednesday.
As per details garnered, court approved Meesha’s plea and transfered the defamation law suit to additional session judge Amjad Ali Shah s court.
Earlier, Meesha expressed reservations over the session court ruling and regarded the Additional District and Sessions Judge Shakeel Ahmad to be biased.
The court adhering to her request have transferred the case and the set the hearing date for May 11.
