NEW DELHI (Online): The Indian media has proved it is the propaganda machine of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), said Indian actor and director Nandita Das, referring to the ruling party of her country.
The "Manto" director took to Twitter to express her views about Indian media which fanned anti-Pakistan sentiments and spread war hysteria in the aftermath of Pulwama attack in Occupied Kashmir.
"After Pulwama, the Indian media proves it is the BJP’s propaganda machine," she wrote on Twitter.
It was after the Pulwama attack that India sent its warplanes into Pakistan to target alleged militant camps.
Pakistan avenged the intrusion of its airspace by downing two Indian aircrafts over Kashmir region.
