Bollywood actors dazzle red carpet at awards show in Mumbai
The night saw many power packed performances from actors
(Reuters) – Bollywood stars set the red carpet of an award show on fire in India s entertainment capital Mumbai on Tuesday (December 16).
The who s who of Bollywood looked at their glamorous best at the Star Screen Award function. Some of the big names included Salman Khan, Rajkummar Rao, newly-wed Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.
Singh won the best actor award for his portrayal of Mughal conqueror Alauddin Khilji in Padmvaat . Alia Bhatt won the best actress award for her performance in spy movie Raazi (Willing). The best movie award went to the fantasy film Stree (Woman) starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rao.
The show was hosted by Bollywood stars Ayushmann Khurana and Vicky Kaushal. The night saw many power packed performances from actors like Tiger Shroff, dancer Nora Fatehi and Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif.
