MUMBAI (Daily Dunya) – Bollywood actor Rana Daggubati who plays the antagonist Bhallaladeva in popular movie ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’, has shocked the public by his revelation that he is blind from one eye.

An old video of the Telugu actor has gone viral on the internet. He shares his story in a chat show where celebrities come and help people to deal with their life’s major problems by taking up their job for one day and giving back almost 10 times of what they earn.

“Should I tell you one thing? I am blind in my right eye. I see only from my left eye. The one you see is someone else’s eye which was donated to me after his death,” said Rana as reported by Indian Express.

Closing his left eye with his hand, the actor continued, “If I close my eye, I can see no one.”

Rana continued to tell the contestant that being blind should not stop her or her children from living life or being under the pressure of fear. “LV Prasad operated me when I was young. Study well, we will support, be courageous as you have to look after her. Sorrows will go away one day but you have to gear up and keep them happy always,” said the Baahubali actor.

Rana Daggubati is in the film industry for almost eight years and has garnered much fame and praise in this period. However; he received worldwide acclaim with the Baahubali franchise.

The second installament of the film has beaten Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ in the first-day collection as it made a whooping Rs 200 crore worldwide and became the first ever Indian film to have such a massive box office collection within 24 hours.
