Summary Karachi Theatre Festival will continue till November 21.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Karachi Theatre Festival organized by The Arts Council of Pakistan commenced on Thursday night in the provincial capital.
Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony.

While addressing the audience, he said that Rangers and police are making intensive efforts to maintain peace in Karachi.
He pronounced that arts council is the evidence of law and order’s development in the city.
“You are consolidating the message of love and harmony through the festival and this is your contribution towards the improvement of law and order situation,” he said.
The theatre festival began with ‘Khwabon Kay Musafir’ written by renowned writer Adeeb Intazar and directed by Zia Muhayyuddin.

Based on different subjects, 17 dramas will be presented during the Karachi Theatre Festival which will be written by various leading writers including Ahmed Rizvi, Asmat Chugtai and others.
It will continue till November 21.
