Peshawar's shoemaker designs special chappal for Shah Rukh Khan

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - The fame of the elegant and traditional Peshawari Chappal has taken its way to India also.
A shoemaker Jahangir Khan in Peshawar has made a special chappal for Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan.
The chappal has been made from the skin of deer.
It will be given to Shah Rukh Khan’s sister in Peshawar who will deliver it to the actor in India.
It is pertinent to mention here that the same shoemaker also made a chappal, out of lion skin, for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The trend started when Peshawar’s famous shoemaker Chacha Nooruddin made the ‘Kaptaan Special Chappal’ for PTI chairman Imran Khan as gift on various occasions.
The chappal’s demand has sky-rocketed especially after a special version of it was named after Imran Khan. People from far flung areas come to Peshawar to buy that edition of the Peshawari Chappal.
