Shahrukh Khan aka SRK completed his golden 23 years in Indian film industry this year. Renowned actor made his TV career debut in 1989 but his first movie was released on 25th June, 1992. ‘Deewana’ was hailed as a big success and he received Filmfare award for Best Debutant.
Shahrukh Khan has featured in more than 80 movies so far. Some of them were among the finest in Indian cinema’s history. He is among those actors who repeatedly past 100 crore mark at box office. In fact he has done this 5 times overall.

Shahrukh has appeared in movies of every genre. Movies like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dil Wale Dulhania Le Jayege, Darr, Dil Tou Pagal Hai, Veer Zaara, Chak De India, Devdas, My Name Is Khan, Chennai Express, Happy New Year were among his biggest hits where he displayed his class as an actor.
The actor is a recipient of many awards including Padma Shiri and 14 Filmfare awards.
Besides this he is also named in the list of richest actors of the world.
Shahrukh Khan has repeatedly faced criticism from the fans of other Khans of the B-Town i.e Salman Khan and Amir Khan yet he has managed to stand tall in the company of giants.
