Actress Brittany Murphy who starred in such films as 'Just Married' and 'Clueless' died due to a cardiac arrest today, at her Los Angeles home.Early media reports claim the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a 'medical request' at 8 o'clock in the morning, and took her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center near Beverly Hills, where she was pronounced dead two hours later. Murphy's breakthrough role was in the 1995 film 'Clueless', in which she starred alongside actress Alicia Silverstone. The actress went on to star in films including '8 Mile', 'Girl Interrupted' and 'Riding in Cars with Boys'. Murphy also ventured into the music world, recording the track 'Faster Kill Pussycat' in 2006. The actress got married to the British screenwriter Simon Monjack in 2007.
