MANILA (Web Desk) - Actress Heart Evangelista has admitted that she somehow feels responsible for the decline in support for her boyfriend, re-electionist Senator Francis Chiz Escudero, as reflected in a pre-election survey.
Evangelista said she can t help but feel responsible for the drop in Escudero s ranking from 2nd place to 3rd or 4th place in a Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey last month.
Although the survey she was referring to was conducted between March 15 and 17 or a few days before her parents went public to express their dislike of Escudero, Evangelista thinks the issues surrounding their relationship are affecting his chances in the senatorial race.
“There was a time that I had to go to the mall, because I had to pick up something that no one’s gonna do for me, so I had to do it for myself. I really wanted to cover my face, because I was causing so much trouble for people," she said.
