Summary Pak actor Imran Abbas has refuted reports of being thrown out of Akshay Kumar's film.
Speaking from Islamabad, Imran said, Since the film was delayed and I had offers on hand, both Akshay and me decided to part ways amicably.Akshay had signed Imran for Naam Hai Boss, despite the Pakistani actor being under contract with Rajkumar Santoshi. He said, Akshays film is a big one, so pre-production was taking time. But since my dates were blocked, I missed out on many projects like Akshays film, as well as Ram Leela and Aashiqui 2.My contract stopped me from taking them on.When asked whether film contracts come in the way of good projects, Imran said, Cant say. At times, these contracts can be beneficial too, when actors are offered three films simultaneously.Having said that, I think contracts should always be time-bound.
