Summary Sonakshi will play a gangsters moll in her most recent project Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai.
It will be her third film with Akshay Kumar, who plays Shoaib (modelled on underworld don Dawood Ibrahim). Sonakshis character Yasmin is said to be based on the life of 80s actress Mandakini.This will be Sonakshis third film with Akshay after ‘Joker’ and ‘Rowdy Rathore’. Sonakshi will be seen playing the role of Yasmin, which is said to be based on the life of ‘Ram Teri Ganga Maili’ actress Mandakini, a young, innocent girl who aspires to be an actress and how her life changes after she falls in love with a gangster. There will also be a love triangle between Imran Khan, Sonakshi and Akshay.The sequel, produced by Balaji Telefilms, will go on floors in August.
