Man, son killed in Gujrat gun attack

GUJRAT (Dunya News) – A man and his son were gunned down by unidentified assailants in village Mangowal here on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.

The victims were identified as Mahmood and Zeeshan. Having being informed, police reached the crime scene and started investigation after shifting the dead bodies to hospital for medicolegal procedure.

Police were told that unidentified assailants stormed into their house and opened fire, killing them on the spot. Later, the suspects escaped.

Police started investigation by collecting forensic evidence and recording statements from nearby people. Police were trying to ascertain the cause of the double murder. Police were looking at all angles for their probe in order to reach out to the fleeing culprits.
