LAHORE (Dunya News) – The case of the alleged kidnapping of DSP Usman Haider’s wife and daughter has been resolved, with a shocking revelation that the DSP himself was their murderer.
According to police sources, DSP Usman Haider has been arrested. He allegedly shot and killed his wife and daughter and later registered an FIR at Burki Police Station, falsely reporting their kidnapping.
The accused has confessed to the crime. Police recovered the daughter’s body from Kahna and the wife’s body from Sheikhupura. Investigators stated that DSP Usman Haider killed his wife and daughter following a domestic dispute.
Police further revealed that DSP Usman Haider had contracted two marriages. The deceased woman was his first wife, and disputes began after his second marriage. Authorities said further facts are expected to emerge during the ongoing investigation.
