FIR registered on the complaint of Musab Bilaj
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Police on Monday registered a case against Gogi Butt and his three accomplices for allegedly murdering 32-year-old Amir Balaj Tipu, son of slain Tipu Truckanwala, on the complaint of his brother Musab Balaj.
An FIR was registered against four people including Khawaja Aqeel alias Gogi Butt and Khawaja Tareef alias Tefi Butt.
Amir Balaj Tipu was gunned down in Chuhng area on Sunday night. A case was registered by the Chuhng police on the complaint of victim’s brother Musab Balaj.
Earlier, the body of 32-year-old Tipu was handed over to his family after postmortem.
The assailant who gunned down Tipu was identified as Muzaffar Hussain. In the FIR, it was claimed that the attacker was killed by the firing of his own accomplices.
A number of people attended the funeral of Amir Balaj Tipu. He left behind a widow and two sons.
