Dacoits’ gang busted in Karachi
KARACHI (Web Desk) – Karachi police claimed to have busted a three-member dacoit gang involved in over 50 street crimes.
According to police, the gang's activities spanned across areas such as Korangi, Landhi, Malir, and Malir River in Karachi.
The gang primarily targeted motorcyclists in the Landhi 89 locality. Videos capturing their robbery incidents were widely shared on social media platforms. The police team from Landhi, aided by technical expertise, managed to locate and arrest the gang members by tracking their mobile phones.
During the operation, three pistols and stolen mobile phones were confiscated from the gang's possession.
In a separate incident earlier this month, law enforcement agencies successfully captured a wanted criminal associated with the Lyari gang war, which is connected to Uzair Baloch's group.
