Robber injured during crossfire with Faisalabad police

FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – A suspected robber was injured in crossfire with the police in Jhumra area of Faisalabad on Thursday, police said.
A police team signaled two motorcycles to stop on suspicion. The motorcycle-occupiers however opened fire at policemen to skip checking. An exchange of fire between the two sides left one criminal injured. Three other suspects managed to flee during crossfire.
Police shifted the injured robber identified as Ghafoor to a local hospital and impounded one motorcycle.
