Trailer-truck collision leaves one dead, two injured

MIAN CHANNU (Dunya News) – One person was killed and two got injured when a trailer truck collided with a Mazda truck near 28 Wala Morr on the National Highway Bypass on Thursday, rescuers and police said.
The body of the deceased and the injured were shifted to a nearby private hospital. Police impounded both vehicles for legal formalities. Police have yet to identify the victims.
Police bust motorcycle-lifter gang
The Attock police claimed on Thursday to have arrested a four-member motorcycle-lifter gang.
As many 23 stolen motorcycles were recovered from the possession of the accused. A case has been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway, said police sources.
