KARACHI (Dunya News) - A ten-year-old boy was brutally tortured in Machar Colony, area of Karachi.
As per details, the boy was hung upside down and beaten on suspicion of theft.
Following the emergence of torture video, police arrested the suspects and registered a case against them.
