Fraud issue: LHC directs to register case till Jan 15
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) took notice of not filing the fraud case of a Pakistani national residing in Dubai and ordered Punjab government, Inspector General (IG) and Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) to produce a report before the court on January 15.
Justice Noor-ul-Haq conducted hearing on the request of plaintiff Waseem Ahmad. The complainant’s lawyer argued that the accused Burhan fraudulently stripped Waseem Ahmad of millions of rupees in Dubai.
Burhan has reached Lahore and I request the court to order to file a complaint against him, the complainant’s lawyer demanded.
