Gujarat: Three dacoits killed, elite force official martyred during encounter
GUJARAT (Dunya News) - Three dacoits were killed during a police encounter in Gujarat while an elite force official was martyred.
According to police, the encounter took place near Dhandala village of Dinga police station. Police were pursuing the report of the presence of dacoits when the dacoits opened fire.
Police say that Zulfiqar Haider, a youth of Elite Force, was martyred by the robbers. The martyred officer was shot in the chest and arm. 3 dacoits were killed in retaliatory firing.
