Mother of two tortured to death by in-laws in Lahore
LAHORE (Lahore News) - A woman was allegedly tortured to death by her husband and his family members at Gujjarpura on the outskirts of Lahore.
According to details, a case of murder was registered against her in-laws on the complaint of Abid Ali, brother of slain woman Saba.
According to the police, seven persons including the victim s husband Jahangir and mother-in-law were named in the case. The accused have fled and raids are being carried out for their arrest.
According to police, 30-year-old victim and mother of two daughters was a resident of Raiwind and married to Jahangir for five years. Signs of torture are visible on her body which has been moved to the morgue for autopsy.
