KARACHI (Dunya News) - A Drug dealer Dadan Abro was killed in an alleged encounter with police in Karachi.
According to SSP East Sajid Mir, the police in an alleged encounter with drug dealers on the site Superhighway in Karachi has killed the most wanted drug dealer Dadan Abro while arrested eight accused including two injured.
He said that on December 28 at Site Super Highway Faqira Goth two suspects escaped with serious injuries in the alleged encounter.
Police set fire to the forest in search of the culprits. The body of Dadan Abro, who was shot dead, was also found with a Kalashnikov.
He said that after the encounter, the police demolished several hideouts and recovered 2 Kalashnikovs, 8 pistols, 120 kg of hashish, 8 motorcycles and G-3 bullets. 30 cases were registered against Dadan Abro in different police stations. The accused was wanted by the police in murder, attempted murder, police encounter and extortion.
