Fraudster Kashif Zameer who hosted 'Erturgul' in Pakistan released on bail

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Court has granted bail to fraudster Mian Kashif Zameer who had hosted Ertugrul Ghazi actor Engin Altan Duzyatan in Pakistan, in the case of threatening a citizen.

Meanwhile, in the Sialkot bogus check case, the lawyers of Kashif Zameer took the record of the case with them to protect Kashif from arrest. Kashif s lawyers brought him from the courtroom to the committee room.

Kashif Zameer was produced before a first class magistrate in a case of threatening a citizen by the Ghalib police station. The court granted bail to Kashif Zameer on a surety bond of Rs50,000, after the police submitted a plea for conciliation.

However, Sialkot police was also present to arrest Kashif Zameer in a check of Rs 800,000 dishonor case. However, the lawyers took the case record to avoid arrest in the case.

Police also hid the key of the handcuffs on which lawyers of Kashif Zameer brought him to the committee room with handcuffs where talks took place between the lawyers and the police. Kashif Zameer s lawyers returned the case record and the police opened his handcuffs.

After the handcuffs were opened, Kashif Zameer escaped from the back door of the court and Sialkot police could not arrest him.

Police on Thursday had arrested fraudster Mian Kashif Zameer, who had hosted Ertugrul Ghazi actor Engin Altan Duzyatan in Pakistan.

According to the security personnel, the suspect was involved in heinous crimes including fraud, betrayal of trust, car theft and robbery.

Accomplices of Zameer were also taken into custody by the police officers.

Earlier on December 10, 2020, Turkish dazzling actor Engin Altan Duzyatan, who played lead role in famous series Ertugrul Ghazi, had arrived in Lahore for a short visit on the invitation of managing director of the Chaudhry Group of Companies Kashif Zameer.
