Bullet shells from alleged Karachi shootout matches accused weapons
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The bullet shells found on the alleged police encounter site in Karachi have matched with the five pistols police recovered from the accused.
In the investigation of the alleged police encounter in Karachi during which five accused were killed it has been revealed that the shells found at the scene of the incident are the exact match of the weapons used to fire upon the policemen.
According to the investigating officers, a bullet hit the bullet proof vest of the officer during the firing. A team led by DSP has collected evidence for the investigation of the incident.
Investigators, on the other hand, said the investigation will move forward as soon as the post-mortem is complete.
