Dacoits arrested for gang-raping woman during robbery in Khanewal
KHANEWAL (Dunya News) - The ringleader of a robbery gang who escaped after gang-raping a woman during a robbery has been arrested along with three accomplices.
According to police, the robbers had gang-raped a woman in Mouza Bagar Sargana during a robbery.
The case of this tragic incident was registered in Sarai Sadhu police station. Police arrested four members of dacoit Arshad alias Arshi gang using modern technology and information.
Cash, gold jewelery worth thousands of rupees, weapons used in the incident and other items were also recovered from the possession of the accused.
Police said that the dacoit gang has confessed to 4 incidents, however, they are being further investigated.
The DPO has announced to give cash prizes and certificates to SHO Sarai Sadhu Munawar Gujjar and the team.
