ASF foils bid to smuggle heroin at Islamabad airport
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A man was arrested at Islamabad airport in an attempt to smuggle heroin to Britain.
According to details, drug smuggler Haji Imam Din was arrested at the airport while trying to smuggle heroin from Islamabad to the UK. Almost 2kg of heroin was recovered from the accused hidden in his shoes.
The accused was searched on suspicion, during which heroin was recovered. The accused was on his way to London on a foreign airline flight BA260. ASF arrested accused Haji Imam Din and handed him over to ANF.
