Tik Tokers brutally torture disable boy in Hujra Shah Muqeem
OKARA (Dunya News) - In the obsession of making Tik Tok video in Okara, the youths tortured the disabled boy, tied him to a motorcycle and kept dragging him.
Tik Toker Farhat Abbas and Ali Hassan brutally tortured a disabled boy in Sheer Nagar area on the outskirts of Hujra Shah Muqeem. He was tortured while tied to a rope and hung from a tree and tied behind the motorcycle and dragged.
The accused also made the disabled boy Jugnu dive into the canal. The disable boy pleaded for help, but the brutal youth did not show any mercy. Taking notice, District Police Officer (DPO) Okara has ordered the arrest of the accused.
