KARACHI (Dunya News) - Karachi Traffic Police issued a challan to a children’s toy seller who was on a bicycle on Saturday.
According to details, the poor toy seller was slapped with a challan of Rs 520 for going the wrong way in Clifton, Karachi. The cyclist kept pleading to the officer to spare him but to no avail.
The toy seller, Muhammad Iqbal, said that he cannot even afford to have flour in his house, how will I pay such a hefty fine?
The traffic warden paid no heed to his requests and threw the challan slip on the road before leaving.
