Police arrests fourth accused of gang rape during alleged robbery in Lahore
LAHORE (Lahore News) - In the case of gang rape of a girl during a robbery in Gujjarpura, the investigating police have arrested the fourth fugitive accused from the surrounding area. The three accused involved in the incident, Nadeem, Faizan and Saleem, were already in police custody.
According to police sources, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has also arrested the fourth accused Qasim from the surrounding area. The accused will be formally arrested today. Sources also said that the women of the accused were pressuring the parents of the victim for reconciliation.
In the provincial capital Lahore, the four accused had raped a 20-year-old girl working as a compounder at a clinic during an alleged robbery.
