Okara: Clash between two groups kills 2, injures 3 others
OKARA (Dunya News) - Two persons were killed and three others were injured in firing by unknown persons at Okara General Bus Stand. The situation was tense after the firing and a heavy contingent of police reached the spot.
According to details, unidentified persons opened fire at the General Bus Stand situated on GT Road in Okara.
The accused fled the scene after the firing. Upon receiving the information, a heavy contingent of police and rescue team reached at the spot. Rescuers rushed the injured to the District Headquarters Hospital in critical condition, where another injured person died due to the injuries.
The dead have been identified as Ashraf and Ijaz. Taking notice of the incident, Deputy Police Officer (DPO) Omar Saeed Malik has issued orders to the concerned police for immediate arrest of the accused.
