Police arrests three suspects of Afghan network for house robberies

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Police have arrested three members of Afghan network involved in robbing homes and recovered 3.4 million in cash along with 20 Tola Gold, 5000 American dollars and prize bonds worth 300,000 rupees

Senior superintendent of police (SSP) Operations Zahoor Babar Afridi said in a press conference that the arrested criminals used to search houses posing as intelligence officials.

He said that one of the arrested robbers belongs to Afghanistan and the group robbed a home few days ago in the nearby area of Tahkal police station. Zahoor said police recovered 3.4 million in cash, 20 Tola gold and a handgun from the robbers.
