LAHORE (Dunya News) – Criminals are on the rampage in Punjab as more than 1,600 people were killed in various districts since the start of the year till June, and 2,035 other people were injured in incidents of murder attempts.
Moreover, incidents of 5,862 people kidnapped were reported in the same period, while 1,445 rape incidents were reported.
Besides, 9,940 snatching incidents of cars and motorcycles occurred in the same time.
Furthermore, 6,700 incidents of dacoity and stealing occurred in various districts of the province.
Within just six months, more than 20,1000 cases were lodged in various criminal offenses.
