Six years old girl murdered after rape, accused sentenced to death thrice
Additional session judge sentenced Abdul Razzaq to death thrice for raping and killing the girl.
Faisalabad (Dunya News) - Additional session judge sentenced Abdul Razzaq to death thrice after conviction of abducting and killing the child.
The court issued the verdict that the accused, Abdul Razzaq, should be executed 3 times and ordered him to pay Rs 35 lakh.
Remember that Abdul Razzaq, resident of Muzaffar Colony area of Faisalabad, kidnapped six years old, abducted and killed him. Law enforcement agencies arrested the accused from the Lahore Airport while fleeing abroad.
During the period, the accused also acknowledged his crime and presented to the judge, saying that he had killed her after his desire, because the child recognized him.
The culprit was taken to the court in strict custody of the police and he was sent back to the jail. Father of the girl, relatives and resident of the colony were present in court during hearing.
Talking to the Dunya News, father of the girl told that he is satiodfied with the decision. He was expecting justice from the court which he received, he added. He demanded to hang the culprit by complying with the order of the honorable court so that no could dare to repeat the committed crime.
