Woman's body found hanging with ceiling fan in Lahore
The woman identified as Nimra was a mother-of-one.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The body of a 22-year-old woman was found hanging with a ceiling fan in Lahore s Faisal Town area on Thursday.
The woman identified as Nimra was a mother-of-one and had married Faisal Shehzad two years back.
Details suggest that the couple were not enjoying good relations due to some domestic issues following which the woman allegedly committed suicide.
However; the victim s relatives while denying the claim say that Nimra was murdered but her death is being publicized as suicide.
The woman s relatives revealed that they saw two men running out of the house whereas Faisal was also present on the crime scene. They maintained that keys were hanging on the lock placed on the house s exterior door.
Nimra s family claimed that Faisal not only murdered her but also their unborn child.
Police took the husband in custody and shifted the body to morgue for postpartum whose report will reveal whether Nimra committed suicide or was murdered.
