Gang held in Lahore for supplying drugs in parties, educational institutions

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police on Saturday arrested a seven-member gang involved in supplying drugs in dance parties and educational institutions in Lahore.

SP City Muaz Muzaffar told during a press conference that the suspects have been identified as Haider, Jalal, Umer Farooq, Ghulam Mustafa, Rajab Ali, Allah Ditta, Sajid and Safeena.

They were arrested during special raids by Shahdara, Islampura and Misri Shah Police.

The suspects have confessed to selling drugs in dance parties, farm houses, guest houses and educational institutions.

SP City further told that 17kg 560 g of marijuana worth more than Rs4.3 million, 100g Ice and other various forms of drug pills were recovered from the suspects.

A case has been registered against the gang.
