ANF detains 451 drug smugglers in 2018
57 drug dealers involved in selling drugs to students were also arrested
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has arrested more than 450 drugs dealers across Punjab during the year 2018, Dunya News reported.
As per the details, drugs worth of millions rupee were recovered from dealers which includes 213 Kg heroin, 1,473 Kg cannabis resin, 385 Kg opium.
The ANF also launched an operation against those who sell drugs to students in educational institutions educational institutions and detained 57 drug dealers.
Sources privy to development further revealed that 24 from Multan, 16 from Lahore, 7 from Sialkot and 8 from Faisalabad were apprehended by the ANF.
