Interim bail approved for parents accused of kidnapping daughter
The court has directed Manawan Police to submit report for the case till 7th of January.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Session Court has approved interim bail for parents today (Saturday) who were accused of kidnapping their daughter. The court has directed Manawan Police to submit the report for the case till 7th of January.
According to the details, Additional Session Judge Riaz Afzal Cheena heard the proceeding of this case at the plea of Muhammad Ashfaq and others.
The complainant presented the stance that his daughter Sobia is residing with her friend. No one has kidnapped or threatened her to kill. Daughter’s friend has filed a false case to blackmail them. The applicant pleaded to the court for approval of interim bail.
On the other hand, Sobia’s lawyer told the court that her parents want to get her married with drug addicted person and she doesn’t want to do so.
The Session Court while adjourning the hearing of the case directed Manawan Police to submit report till 7th of January and approved interim bail for parents.
