ANF detains 25 drug smugglers, seizes drugs worth Rs2.44bn
Cases have been registered at respective ANF Police Stations
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Anti Narcotics Force on Sunday nabbed at least 25 drug smugglers in 26 counter-narcotic strikes across the country under its campaign launched against the menace.
As per the details, during the operations, the force seized 3036.078 kg narcotics valuing Rs2.44 billion internationally and impounded 10 vehicles.
Seized drugs comprised 2945.83 Kg Hashish, 68.4 Kg Opium,16.46 Kg Heroin, 2.6 Kg Methamphetamine, one Kg Crystal, 4000 Xanax Tabs, 3000 Diazepam Tabs and 1000 Ecstasy Tabs.
Cases have been registered at respective ANF Police Stations and further investigations are underway.
