Mother, daughter found dead in Jaranwala
Two were allegedly strangled to death as there were no signs of torture on their body.
JARANWALA (Dunya News) – A young woman and her 2-year-old daughter were found dead at their residence in Jaranwala on Friday.
The relatives of the deceased said that the mother and daughter went into the room last night but in the morning both were found dead when the door was broken open on receiving no response to repeated knocks.
According to initial police report, the bodies of woman and her daughter have been shifted to the hospital after an first information report (FIR) was registered.
Police said that as per postmortem report, the two were allegedly strangled to death and there were no marks of torture on their bodies.
However, further investigation into the case in underway.
