Couple murdered over land dispute in Karachi
Police has initiated probe into the murder in light of witnesses' statements.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A couple was murdered on Monday following a land dispute in Lasi Goth area of interior Sindh.
The row had forced the man to move from his native town of Naudero in Larkana district and seek sanctuary in Karachi along with his wife and children.
However; the family became the victim of the dispute as armed men stormed into their house and opened indiscriminate fire.
The couple’s daughter
Zameer, 45, his wife Bagh Gul and 18-year-old daughter sustained severe wounds. They were rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where the couple was pronounced dead by the doctors on arrival.
Their daughter was admitted for treatment and is out of danger. The couple’s other children saved their lives while hiding in the house.

Zameer’s son told police that three men entered their house and shot his parents dead.
The victim had accommodated the house six days back. Police has initiated probe into the murder in light of witnesses’ statements.
