Jhang: Bank employees withdraw Rs6 lacs from account of woman
The bank has initiated internal investigation.
JHANG (Dunya News) – At least Rs6 lacs were allegedly withdrawan from an account of 53-year-old woman in Jhang by the bank employees, reported Dunya News.
As per details garnered, Ishrat Bibi—the victim—approached police as sum of Rs6 lacs suddenly vanished from her account. On thorough investigation, police found that Rs6 lacs were withdrawn in pieces by the bank employees Zawar and Rizwana.
The bank has initiated internal investigation whereas the victim has requested Federal Investigation Agency to recover the lost amount.
