FIA submits plea to extend time for recovery of kidnapped children
The court adjourned the hearing granting time extension till September 27.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Tuesday submitted a plea in Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking time extension for the recovery of the kidnapped children.
Senior justice of IHC Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui resumed the hearing of kidnapping case of two minor girls and inquired about the progress of the case.
However, the FIA officer asked the court to extend the time limit as they were failed to recovered children yet.
The court then adjourned the hearing granting time extension till September 27.
