Anti-corruption team arrested former secretary of the board for allegedly changing results for money
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Anti-corruption team has on Wednesday arrested former secretary of Karachi Inter Board for allegedly changing the results of the students after being bribed, reported Dunya News.
According to details, the former secretary, Qazi Ahmad, was arrested by the anti-corruption department. Ahmad is accused of having awarded better grades to certain Intermediate candidate in return of bribe.
A few months back, the investigations had been started after the anti-corruption team raided the board office where it found the answer copies of 98 candidates completely empty yet they had passed the exams with A-1 and A grades in the result.
The department had also written a letter to the board five days ago requesting the submission of complete data.
