Four arrested as FIA launches raid at passport office in Gujranwala
Warning has been issued to Assistant Director Mustafa Awan to control corruption immediately.
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – At least four people including one worker and three agents were arrested during Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) raid at passport office in Gujranwala, reported on Thursday.
According to details, the people complained about the corruption process in passport office when FIA conducted raid. The security officers nabbed clerk Murtaza and three agents and seized stamps, passports and tokens from them.
The culprits have been shifted to the FIA station for further investigation while warning has been issued to Assistant Director Mustafa Awan to control corruption immediately.
