RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Local court in Rawalpindi on Monday has issued a notice to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) regarding the matter of a nine-year-old boy.
The minor, identified as Muhammad Ali, was presented before additional session judge Amjad Iqbal, seeking his interim bail against the case registered for interfering in the official matters.
FIA personnel told the court that a search operation was conducted at Ali’s house to arrest his father who was a wanted human trafficker. On resisting the raid, a case was lodged against the minor.
Subsequently, court extended suspect’s bail till February 9 over security bond of Rs 45,000 and directed the FIA to launched probe into the matter.
